Yoga offerings can include Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Myofascial Release, Neurogenic Yoga, and Meditation.

The venue
Casas Kismet is a boutique retreat center located in the Guanacaste Peninsula, home to one of the five blue zones in the world. People in blue zones are known for living longer, happier, healthier lives than the average person. On your journey to Casas Kismet we want you to revitalize your mind, body and soul.
Relax on a float in the pool or take a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Playa Pelada, as well as local restaurants and shops. Kismet means destiny, so come visit us and create your own destiny while living the pure and simple life in Costa Rica.
We are located in Nosara, a quiet surf town known for its world class surf breaks. We are a 2.5 hour drive from Libera airport and are nestled on top of a quiet ridge in Playa Pelada. We have created this exclusive space in the jungle that allows for you to come and immerse yourself in nature.

We love food and take seriously it’s origin, journey and preparation. Tasty meals, that are both nutritious and wholesome, revitalize the body and are one of the highlights of your stay at Casas Kismet. Our in-house chef prepares daily delicious meals and can accommodate food preferences and allergies.
We love supporting our local economy, so our food comes from local farmers and markets.

TRAVEL
Flights should fly in and out of Liberia airport (LIR): arrival day is Saturday and departure day is Saturday.
It is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Liberia airport to Nosara; your ground transportation will be arranged by Casas Kismet (for a fee) and waiting for you in the arrival area.
If you need to overnight on the way to Costa Rica or on the way home due to flight options there is a Hilton Hotel near Liberia Airport.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
$500 USD deposit pp (10 deposits) due to book
$600 USD pp due 9 months before
$600 USD pp due 6 months before
Final balance due 4 months before
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All deposits and payments are nonrefundable, no exceptions.
If you cancel the retreat week 6 months or more before the retreat start date all deposits will be forfeited. All other payments will be converted into travel credit that can be applied to a future Nova Retreats Inc. private or public retreat; this credit is transferable and expires two years from the original retreat date.
If you cancel the retreat week 6 months or less before the retreat start date all deposits and payments will be forfeited.
In the event that Nova Retreats postpones the retreat for any reason, including any force majeure event, all monies paid will be converted into travel credit that can be applied to a future Nova Retreat Inc. trip; this credit is transferable and expires two years from the original retreat date.
Nova Retreats Inc. is a small business that proudly works with intimate, family-run hotels and venues and we are unable to offer refunds of any kind.
If you require more security, please talk to an insurance broker about a comprehensive travel plan that will offer you the coverage you need.
Proof of Emergency Travel Medical Insurance AND Trip Interruption/Cancellation Insurance are both required by all participants in the retreat group.

Do I need a passport?
Yes you are required to have a passport.
I have dietary restrictions – is this retreat able to accommodate me?
Yes certainly; once you have reserved your spot please pass on any allergies, restrictions, or requests.
Will my ride to Casas Kismet and Nosara meet me at the airport?
Yes! We will have all of your flight arrival (and departure) information and will arrange for ground transportation to meet you upon your exit of Liberia Airport.
