Our Mentorship Program offers you the stepping stones towards becoming a more confident Yoga Teacher.

This program is suitable for:

Newly trained 200Hr Certified Yoga Teachers
and
Certified Yoga Teachers with minimal teaching experience

THE PROGRAM

 

Accepted Yoga Teachers can choose from a One Month, Two Month, or Three Month Program.

These programs can be completed In Studio or Online.

 

One Month Program: $375 +HST
  • 3 private sessions with mentor to work on what the mentee prefers
  • Assist 1 public class with a mentor teaching OR if choosing online option, recording of mentee teaching 1 private group class to give feedback by mentor on teaching, assisting, presence in room, etc. (recorded, with permission)
  • Mentee teaches 1 class and is offered feedback by the mentor

 

Two Month Program: $700 +HST
  • 6 private sessions with mentor to work on what the mentee prefers
  • Assist 2 public classes with a mentor teaching OR if choosing online option, recording of mentee teaching 2 private group classes to give feedback by mentor on teaching, assisting, presence in room, etc. (recorded, with permission)
  • Mentee teaches 2 class and is offered feedback by the mentor 

 

Three Month Program: $700 +HST
  • 9 private sessions with mentor to work on what the mentee prefers
  • Assist 3 public classes with a mentor teaching OR if choosing online option, recording of mentee teaching 3 private group classes to give feedback by mentor on teaching, assisting, presence in room, etc. (recorded, with permission)
  • Mentee teaches 3 classes and is offered feedback by the mentor

REQUIREMENTS

The Mentee must be a graduate of a 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training Program.

The Mentee must have liability insurance for teaching yoga.

The Mentee must adhere to the values outlined in our Find Your Flow Yoga Teacher Training Mission Statement.

YOGA ALLIANCE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
Mentees will receive 5 hours of YA CECs per month of mentorship (ie, 1 Month Program = 5 CECs, 2 Month Program = 10 CECs, 3 Month Program = 15 CECs)
 

MENTOR CHOICE
Mentees will have the option to list preferred mentor (but not necessarily guaranteed due to Mentor work schedules)
