Your stay at Blue Spirit yoga and meditation retreat in Costa Rica includes three delicious consciously prepared gourmet vegetarian meals a day. We serve fresh locally sourced fish three evenings per week and eggs every morning along with breakfast; cheese is also regularly available while our buffet always provides vegan and gluten-free options. To accommodate food restrictions and allergies there is a Pure Food option, offering veggies, grains and legumes cooked without any seasonings or oils. We work with local farmers, purchase organically grown produce when available and keep a high standard of freshness and good practices to make our meals as healthy and vibrant as possible.

These beautiful Superior Ocean View rooms have a step-out balcony and lots of windows with extraordinary ocean views. The room is elegantly furnished to provide the most luxurious space for couples or singles. Each room has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water, air conditioning, and an overhead fan.

The Pacifico Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the Ocean will rock you into sleep. These beautiful and rustic new rooms feature a private porch with a hammock, one queen-size bed, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning. From the main building the Cottages are a short walk down the hill towards the beach.

NATURE SUITE with A/C

Nature Suites are very cozy and located on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. They are simple and natural wood frame structures and have private bathrooms with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each suite sleeps two people and includes a separate enclosed porch with a desk; you can choose from one large bed or two separate beds. All suites have solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The Suites are a short walk up the hill to the Main Building.

HERMITAGE ROOM with A/C

These rooms are specifically designed for singles and provide privacy and elegance, while being cozy and inexpensive. Many of these rooms have partial views of the ocean and others of the mountains nearby, a private bathroom with solar hot water, with air conditioning, and a natural ventilation system.

ECO COTTAGE
Single Occupancy $1925 USD
Double Occupancy $1625 USD per person
These cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation and two twin beds. Eco-Cottages now have private bathrooms. These cottages are situated below the main building and involve a short hike up a stone stairway to get to the Main Building.

TRAVEL
Flights should fly in and out of Liberia airport (LIR): arrival day is Saturday, March 9 and departure day is Saturday, March 16.
It is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from Liberia airport to Nosara; your ground transportation will be arranged by Blue Spirit (for a fee) and waiting for you in the arrival area. Please note that the Blue Spirit shuttle runs from Liberia airport to Nosara multiple times from 12:00-4:00pm and 7:00-8:30pm on arrival day (Saturday, March 16). Shuttles will depart as they fill. If you need a ride at a time that the shuttle does not run a private transfer can be arranged at an additional cost.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your booking up to 120 days before the retreat start date: your deposit (less a change/cancellation fee of €150 EUR or $150 USD depending on the currency of your booked trip) and all other payments may be transferred to another Nova Retreats Inc. trip (within one year of the current retreat start date), space permitting. Please note: if you make multiple changes each change/cancellation will result in an additional €150/$150 USD change/cancellation fee. You are also permitted to transfer to a different Nova Retreat OR transfer your booking to another interested party (the change/cancellation fee noted above will still apply).
If you cancel your booking between 91 days and 119 days from the retreat start date: you can avail of a one-time transfer of your payments (MINUS your €500 or $500 USD deposit) to another Nova Retreats Inc. trip (within one year of the current retreat start date), space permitting (please note: this is a one-time transfer and multiple changes are not permitted, no exceptions). You are also permitted to transfer your booking to another interested party. Please note: your €500 or $500 USD deposit will be non-transferable and non-refundable if you cancel OR transfer in the 91-119 day time period.
If you cancel your booking 90 days or less from the retreat start date: no credit can be given and all monies paid will be forfeited.
In the event that the trip is postponed for any reason, including any force majeure event, all monies paid will be converted into travel credit that can be applied to a future Nova Retreat Inc. trip; this credit is transferable and expires one year from the original retreat date.
Nova Retreats Inc. is a small business that proudly works with intimate, family-run hotels and venues and we are unable to offer refunds of any kind. If you require more security, please talk to an insurance broker about a comprehensive travel plan that will offer you the coverage you need.

• 50% of balance is due September 9, 2023
• Remaining balance is due November 9, 2023
• Payments can be made via credit card, interac e-transfer, PayPal, or cash.
• Proof of Emergency Travel Medical Insurance and Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is required.
• Participants must have a regular yoga practice and should be comfortable with a level 1/2 class. Participants should be confident modifying when they need to and be open to exploring and adventuring on the mat.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need a passport?
Yes you are required to have a passport.
I don’t have anyone to go with and I don’t want to pay for single occupancy – can you find me a roommate?
Yes I can try to match you up with another solo traveller. You can pay your deposit and if a match cannot be made your deposit will be refunded.
I have dietary restrictions – is this retreat able to accommodate me?
Yes certainly; once you have reserved your spot please pass on any allergies, restrictions, or requests.
Will my ride to Blue Spirit and Nosara meet me at the airport?
Yes! Blue Spirit will have all of your flight arrival (and departure) information and will arrange for ground transportation to meet you upon your exit of Liberia Airport.
Do I need to be an advanced yogi to join this retreat?
Participants should have a regular yoga practice and be comfortable with a level 2 class; participants should be confident modifying when they need to and be open to exploring and adventuring on the mat.
Can I bring my kids?
This retreat will be an adult-only vacation.
