prenatal Yoga

 

This practice is designed to strengthen and stretch your changing body and help your baby move into an optimal birthing position. We’ll work with your breath to calm the body and mind, learn yoga poses to ease common pregnancy ailments, and use meditation to connect with your baby, prepare for birth, and ease the transition into parenthood.

This class is suitable for all bodies in any stage of pregnancy. Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. This is a great opportunity to connect with other parents to be! There will be an opportunity to share your experiences, to learn more about pregnancy and birth, and to ask questions at the start of each class.

Emilie Browne is an experienced and knowledgeable teacher (and mother) who has been offering Prenatal classes at our studio for several years. Her warmth and compassion will make you feel so supported as you prepare for this exciting season of life.
